so since last monday i lost one pound, wonder if it could possibly had anything to do with not eating properly or not drinking my water or for that matter now sleeping like i should be, so today am back on eating more food and not starving myself, well not really starving, but i neglected to even think about my bodies needs last week and i just can't do that and expect my body to be what i want it to be. tomorrow i work both jobs but i will WALK first!!!!!!! i now weigh 209 so 10 more pounds and i will be under 200 lets hope i can do it by the goal i have set!

Starving yourself isn't the answer. Heard of the "Zone"? I suggest you look into it. Eat 3 meals daily+ 2 snacks, just avoid bad carbs and sugar. I lost 20 lbs recently and now fit into the "skinny jeans" WOOOO HOOOOOOO! lol
