Yeah, I've heard the actual anti-anxiety effect can take a couple months (unfortunately). And I know exactly what your talking about when you say fatigue. I could sleep 12 hours and still be tired. Be careful or your doc might put you on wellbutrin (practically speed) lol.-

I'm on my 7th week of dealing with ongoing anxiety. I tried many natural remedies and now seeked help with regular md's. I have 3 children who need me and a husband I need to get better. I really need support and help to get through this. It's so awful, so scary.
