I finally got something approximating sleep last night. I have always been a real good sleeper, much to the charin of my wife, but this prednisone part of the treatment is playing hell wih my sleep cycles. I could not make ti through a full day of work yesterday, only about half. Went and got some benadryl and dosed myself last night. Took a bit to fall asleep but I got a good bit of it. Feel better. This is the last day of prednisone so hopefully tomorrow night will be a good night's sleep.
My teeth hurt. Weird. Not really my teeth but like I have real sore gums. Comes and goes, but is annoying and a big part of the trouble falling asleep. No sores in my mouth or anything, just soreness.
Achy to, but that is probably just sleep deprivation...or maybe it is my body explaining to me that filling it with poision was not the best idea.
But, God is good. I go today to sign a lease on a home for us here in the Omaha area. And my wife got a real outstanding job offer yesterday, so it looks like we are going to be in good shape. And one of my daughters just finished high school yesterday. She came to live with me after having severe problems while living with her mom, and now she is straight A's, happy, joyful and heading off to Indiana University. Did I say God is good?

God is so good..I hope you are starting to get some energy and strength back. I use to feel good the last 5 to 7 days before the next round. Don't woory, what you are feeling will be a distant memory soon. I have already forgotten how bad it was until I read someone else going hrough it, and then it's like oh yeah... I took both prednisones in the morning (Dr. o.k.) and that way at night I was able to sleep. Continue doing what you are doing and remember "This to shall pass"
I go in this afternoon for the results after my first round of testing since I have completed treatments.

I am finally getting some good sleep. Next treatment a week from today. Energy is a little better, because I can actually sleep now. Hope your tests bring good news.
