That was the worst night of my life. Bad restlessness and anxiety. Oddly enough I am not having any stomach issues. Just restless at night and groggy during the day. I'm pounding down some gatoraide right now to clean out my kidneys.  The pain in not that bad. I hurt but not as bad as I thought I would.  I had some cold and hot flashes all night too. This is a lesson to learn! TAKE YOUR MEDS AS DIRECTED BY THE DR!! Otherwise you will end up in my situation. I don't think the withdrawals are as bad as they could have been. I didn't take as much pain meds as I could have. Anyways, this will never happen again. If I ever get the urge to self medicate I will read my journals so I can read what I went thru and how not worth it it was...
