Update to my Lose 20lbs. Goal Mood
Wednesday, May 20, 2009 | A General Update story
I was pleasantly surprised to wake up today and weigh in at almost half of what I wanted to lose (for my short term goal).  I haven't done any dieting per se as of yet.  I have simply cut back the Pamount of soda (pop for those of us in the midwest and south Tongue out)  I have stopped eating (for the most part) after I get home from work at night.  I have begun watching portions moreso than calorie counting or anything else.  I am still eating only 3 to 4 times a day when I know what works for me is more frequent eating.  I'm pleased that I have achieved what I have with such little effort.  I would like to return to the 5 or 6 meals a day eating pattern, I would like to somehow work in more exercise (which is near impossible with 3 kids and my schedule).  But in doing these things I think I could be even more successful.
