Close Meniere's Disease

I was dianosed two years ago with Meniere's Disease. I work in the transportation industry so this diagnosis killed my career because I lost my DOT certification. I am trying to get a Reasonable Accommodation from work and a Service Dog to salvage what I can of some normalicy. As I am sure you all know, this disease is life altering and very difficult to deal with.

Treatments

Antivert Not Working

This didn't help me at all...

Lipo-Flavanoid Somewhat Helpful

This helped a little bit with the Tinits.

Low Salt Diet Working / Worked

It helps, but it doesn't make it go away entirely.

Valium Working / Worked

This helps only in the sense that you can control your panick about the vertigo attack and help you ride it out. If I can go to sleep, it's the best way to ride it out!

Verapamil Somewhat Helpful

This doesnt seem to do much for me but the Nuero Otologist insists that I take it...
