I am a 30yr old male that has been living with bp since childhood. Have been on every med package and many different programs. I am a firm believer in DBT education. I have been in the shadows for many years and just recently have been talking openly to help change the stigma of bp and mental illness. Feel strongly in my spiritualty and Family without them I would not be who I am today.

- Abilify Working / Worked
- Fantastic drug once past the side effects. Mixed with Zyprexa has been a very good mix for me.
- Depakote Not Working
- horrible side effects
- Group Therapy Working / Worked
- dbt, bipolar sg
- Lamictal Not Working
- Not strong enough, didnt work for me.
- Zyprexa Working / Worked
- mixed with abilify is fantastic
