Every woman on my mom's mom's side of the fam has fibromyalgia. In 1995 at age 23, I suffered a severe bout of food poisoning - and never fully bounced back. Without a doubt, it was the trigger of my fibromyalgia. After years of being told there was "nothing wrong" with me, I was finally diagnosed in March 2003. Suffered neck injury in March 2005; underwent discectomy & anterior cervical fusion in Nov. 2007 - and finally had to accept I could no longer work. Diagnosed with dysautonomia, mitral valve prolapse, adrenal fatigue & sleep apnea in Feb. 2008.

About Co-Q10 - I started taking it when I was 38 and by 40, I had fewer wrinkles than when I was 35. I'm 49 now and I still have very few wrinkles. Amazing stuff. It makes me wonder about people who use botox - I think that's just lame.
