- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- The only thing that consistently gives relief with very few side effects. Replaced traditional tub with saline to reduce skin irritation. Increases headache some days, and was intolerable for longer periods when experiencing withdrawl from Lyrica.
- Cymbalta Not Working
- worked for 'deep, jabbing' pain, but side effects were unbearable: excruciating constipation, incontinence, unbearable lethargy, weight gain, nausea, memory lapses, dizziness...
- Heat Working / Worked
- works very well
- Lyrica Not Working
- 7 mth trial, provided pain relief, but side effects became too much. Sudden weight gain, numbness in extremeties, clumsiness, memory issues...withdrawl horrible, headaches, nausea, confusion, sweats, anxiety, visual and auditory hallucinations, nightmares, insomnia...
- Massage Working / Worked
- works well but is very expensive not covered by insurance
- TENS Working / Worked
- very few side effects..provides temporary relief
