went to the gastro
this is what he told me:
"this is really very good, you are in much better condition than I expected."
"there is nothing to suggest any other diagnosis."
but, that does not explain what set off the cachexia
or why my skin, hair and nails are better now than before;
I have some thoughts on those things.
but, he wants to do a wireless capsule endoscopy
that will make a "full length" video of my small intestine;
my medical insurance says no, so that is on appeal.
it is strange, I have been refractory for 25 years
and was always told to keep trying to work it out.
no one wants to eat the way I do, but I enjoy my meals.
a gluten free diet avoids certain triggers,
but my diet soothes the inflammation;
it may be boring, but my body craves it.
perhaps I have out riddled the riddler.
