I'm UP 2.7 lbs.......
OK, this has GOT to be water weight!
I did eat a lot of salty stuff yesterday!!!!!!!
I did not drink much water yesterday at all...
I'm really not discouraged, somehow......
So....I'm going to cut the salty stuff, and drink more water this week.
Out of the last 7 days, I overate significantly on 2 days, went over a little on 2 days, and stayed under goal 3 days.
Progress, not perfection.
The real progress here is being honest about my food, and looking at why I'm not losing.
What I need to do if I want to lose weight:
Drink more water
Cut the salt
Increase my days where I meet my goal
Continue exercising
MEASUREMENTS
This is one of those weeks when it really pays to measure!!!
I lost 4 1/8 inches total...mostly off my thighs!...went down a total of 1 inch between my waist and hips...1/4 in off waist, 3/4 in off hips.
I started exercising this week, and did 2 "Tabatas"....probably why my thighs showed improvement!
I'm going to be flying on Thursday, always a stress for me....I have absolutely no fear of flying, I'm usually asleep before takeoff....but I always worry about how much of a struggle it will be to get that darn belt snapped.
I am usually stressing out about seeing people being so fat...and often GAIN weight before a trip out of stress eating. This time is different. I have lost lbs and inches, and that is a good thing. I'm nowhere near giving up on my plan, just fine-tuning.
