Today was a better day.....I didn't eat "breakfast" until late, and so I didn't get so hungry later. I am feeling OK with what I ate today, except there are no fruit or vegetables! All that time I spent on Atkins, I guess.
I am, at least, taking vitamins!
The biggest thing I'm seeing is that my blood sugars are improving daily...every morning, the number a little lower. That is what is telling me I am getting healthier!!!
Just not overeating and taking my meds regularly is having a daily impact. Soon my blood sugars will be well-controlled, and I will be able to stop feeling guilty about not taking care of myself!!!!
I bought some heels recently....I have wide feet,and it is hard to find shoes I like in my size. I found a brand of shoes I really like...Ros Hommerson...that has great styles with wide widths. I've been walking around tonight at home in my new heels, trying to practice wearing them! I miss wearing beautiful shoes....if anyone heas me yellr "Timber....."...you'ld better run....I might just fall over LOL
When I was thin, I wore a 7 1/2 B....now I wear a 10 WW! It will be interesting to see what size I wear when I get all that excess weight off of them! LOL
Living in the future...wondering what size I'll be, etc....is nice to think about....but the only thing I truly have is today, and what I do with it.
Just for today, I will eat healthy.
