Close Bipolar Disorder

My son is 9 years old now. He has had problems with his behavior since the age of 4 around the time he started Kindergarten, right after he got certain immunizations. I believe it has something to do with it, but everyone tries to convince me otherwise. He has been diagnosed with Bipolar 1 and ADHD.

Treatments

Abilify Working / Worked

This medication was working well for my 9 yr old son for a few months, then he started to lapse back into his old mood swings. He also gained ALOT of weight from it, so I quit giving it to him.

Equetro Somewhat Helpful

This worked a little at first.

Geodon Not Working

I started my son on this on a Tuesday with 1 pill of 40mg. The next day at school, he was violent and aggressive, which is what we DON'T want. The next night, I had to give him 2 40mg pills. The following day at school, he completely shut down and had to be removed to a controlled environment. My son is no longer on Geodon. Contacting Psychiatrist for new meds now.
