      DOES IT FEEL LIKE THERE IS A LUMP OF BREAD STUCK IN YOUR THROAT? IF SO, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER HAVING A SCOPE DOWN YOUR THROAT AND MAKE SURE THERE ISN'T A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ESOPHAGUS. THAT'S HOW I FOUND OUT THAT I HAD GERD AND BARRETTS DISEASE. I HOPE YOU HAVE FOUND SOME ANWERS

      I recently developed anxiety/panic attacks a few months ago. It all started when I moved to Nyc from Ohio. I was living life at a fast pace when I moved to Nyc and anxiety is what came along to tell me to slow down and smell the roses. I plan on overcoming anxiety and returning to my beautiful self again :-)

      Treatments

      Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
      I combine breathing with positive thinking. I take deep breathes through the nose and exhale out the mouth. breathing in and out from the belly and not the chest.
      Positive Thinking Working / Worked
      I say to myself "Stop" when anxiety kicks in and I think about things that have recently made me laugh or exciting things that I could do for the rest of the day. I also just except that anxiety is there and I tell it bring it on and it always seems to back of when I think that way.
    • Close Stress Management

      I want help lowering the stress level in my life.
