Close Anxiety
Had anxiety all my life. Not crippling anxiety but certainly has affected me in all aspects of my life. I am learning to manage it now.
Treatments
- Breathwork Somewhat Helpful
- Daily, just keep working on this. I have to be really mindful and remember to do it
- Lexapro Not Working
- felt like I had a lobotomy... too much the opposite direction. Could not get up in the morning, no desire to do anything.
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- Every day is another day to work on this!

- Never finished them, took too long to sit and wait 30 min. after shots and had to go too often

- Only had to use it once and it helped.

- Working, miracle treatment for me. This is a long, arduous road but the payoff has been amazing.
