my mother died of breast cancer on saturday........i feel scared and alone she was only 40 and im 24 and i have no idea what the future …

I have had panic attacks since the age of 15, its A LOT better right now, but i notice now the day after drinking alcohol i get really panicky and scared and my heart skips several beats for hours. when its also really hot out my chest hurts like no other
Treatments
- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- i have a piece of paper with breathing techniques that i carry around with me just in case i start freaking out.
- Paxil Somewhat Helpful
- i need to get off of it, i usually forget to take it
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- its really hard to think positive when im freaking out!!
