Hey girl, lots of love and light coming your way. Don't worry about getting dehydrated, that will work itself out. Just eat lots of SF Jello and popsicles between meals, they boost your fluid count. And as for your antidepressant, other things may help you in that area. As you lose weight, there is such a good, satisfied feeling. And once you start exercising (about 6 weeks out), there is that good endorphin feeling you get after exercise. Your doc will work with you on the antidepressant dosage and effects. Just take one day at a time, try to relax and not worry (easier said than done!), and make lots of friends on here. Write in your journal, set goals, and we will be here to support you.
