Jane and Sam at UC Davis
Our trip to UC Davis to visit Samantha. This is my 2nd photo where I am bald (although I am wearing a hat). I felt pretty liberated to be able to go without my wig - mostly because I was far from home and unlikely to see anyone that I would know! This was also my first trip since my diagnosis 5 months ago. It was quite a milestone to travel by car for 8 hours without any problems. I was very happy that we had a great trip.
