      Hi. I am almost 60 and had a hysterectomy at 40, after which I was put on HRT. Everything was great until I was 55 and the doctor said I had high blood pressure and ought to think about coming off the HRT. I did this about 3 years ago and have had all the hot flashes etc. My skin is very dry and flaky but my main problem is total loss of libido. You might not think this is serious at 60, but I only got married again two years ago and it is very upsetting! Any help would be appreciated.

      Great, but had to stop because of high blood pressure and blinding migraines every six weeks or so.
