Hi Debs! How are you? Haven't seen you on here in a little while.....I hope you're doing better.....What's been going on with you lately? I have a busy weekend, and I don't like it, so for now I'm just gonna have some coffee and enjoy DS for a bit before tackling the stuff. Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionIve suffered from depression for years... since i was a teen. after i had children it got worse. my marrige broke up because of it, my husband didnt see or understandwhat i was going through.... now though i have tablets that are working to keep me on an even keel.
Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- ok for my anxiety but its not great.
- Paxil Not Working
- have tried this but to no avail
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- it worked for a while but i slipped back again
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- im am taking this at the min and its working!!
Close Anxiety
have had anxiety since i was a teen... i dont think it will ever go away...

im a single mum so stress plays a massive part in my life. I just dont know how to handle it :(

- i joined a gym to help me deal with stress and it works! i think its because i switch off my phone and no1 can reach me there. its my bit of me time...
Open Anemia
Type: Iron Deficiency Anemiaoh god i have had anemia now for about 7 yrs or more... all the docs give me is about a 2 month course of iron an when im finished my iron levels drop again.... i never have much energy :(
