Im suffering from GAD and IBS for the last 5 years which doc says is down to my anxiety and depression.I have only recently started meds.I get stomach and intestinal problems cramping headaches feeling dizzy and brainfog. anyone else like this?

- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Not Working
- Chamomile Somewhat Helpful
- High Fiber Diet Working / Worked
- sometimes keeps me regular, doesnt stop spasms.
- Psyllium Somewhat Helpful
- try two spponfuls a night
