  Hi there, I'm sorry it has been so long since I sent you a maessage, but I just have been so down and feeling really tired and allot of pain in my muscles and joints. These doctors still don't know for sure what is wrong with me. How are you doing? I hope to try and post more on here if I can feel more like it.

  Hi hope you're OK. things a bit fraught by the sound of it,
