Close Back Pain
Treatments
- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- Gave me a little bit more movement. But not covered by Ins. can not use any more
- Flexeril Not Working
- I never felt any change while using it.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- Takes the edge off, but not much of a difference
- Hydrocodone Somewhat Helpful
- Makes my head fuzzy and takes the edge off, but the pain is still there
- Ibuprofen Not Working
- Didn't notice a difference
- Physical Therapy Not Working
- Increased my pain, nothing positive that I saw
- Relaxation Not Working
- To hard to find a position that I do not hurt in, so I have to move around several times
- Stretching Somewhat Helpful
- I think more then anything makes me feel proactive about fixing this pain
- TENS Somewhat Helpful
- If I turn it up as high as it goes it will eventually make my lower back a little numb and that helps until the pain comes back
- Tramadol Too Soon to Tell
- The newest pain med we will see if it does anything.

I am a military spouse and mother, and my husband is currently on his second tour in Iraq.

Looking to find others with children near my daughters age... 14.. she is always so moody

- Patience Somewhat Helpful
- She gets upset for no reason at all sometimes. Hard to keep your cool at times
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- everything is my fault she sees that nothing she does is her fault... but after blowing up at me infront of them they started telling her it was not just me it was her and now she refuses to go.
