I feel very positive and determined about my decision to quit.  God knows I have decided this in the past and have not been successful, however, some day I have to succed, why not now!!!

Today is my first day of not smoking and I am very proud of myself because this means I am loving myself.     I want a good life, a clean life,  I want to be healthy and emanate a healthy energy, not a smokers energy.

YOU CAN DO IT!!!
