i am 48 male i have been told i have depression an BD an adhd i feel sad most of the time to the point i want to give up i cry over things that have happen an there is nothing i can do about them. They are things in the past voices i hear keep telling me you caused all that pain there for you are to blame for it i see these things like a movie that never ends
