Close Bipolar Disorder
Found out I was Bipolar 1 wpsychotic features in 2003,but I knew I was psyco since I was A teenager.I took 2000 mg of Depakote for years plus Zoloft[panic and ocd also],off all meds for a year and now back on cuz I was a bad girl!Now taking 1200mg Lithium,moving up to 1500mg starting today and Seroquel as needed.Well that's everything in a NUTSHELL. Ha.ha Get it?
Treatments
- Abilify Not Working
- Akithesia,also made me agitated.
- Ativan Working / Worked
- Works like a charm,but too addictive.
- Celexa Somewhat Helpful
- Didn't take it long,I was still havn panic attacks.
- Depakote Working / Worked
- Worked excellent for mania,not so well for depression,made me gain too much weight.
- Geodon Somewhat Helpful
- I couldn't take it,it gave me inner restlessness that was unbearable.
- Lithium Working / Worked
- Truly is the miracle drug,gets rid of mania,depression AND psychotic thoughts.It rocks baby!
- Risperdal Working / Worked
- I loved it but it gave me inner restlessness.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- Is great for the crazy thoughts,agitation,panic attacks and knocks me out cold when I can't sleep.
- Trileptal Too Soon to Tell
- Didn't take long enough.
- Wellbutrin Somewhat Helpful
- Made me feel all wired like I had a caffiene I.v .I'm bp,I don't want to feel more jacked up!
- Zyprexa Somewhat Helpful
- Gave me restlessness
