My husband has squamouas cell cancer in his throat. He's had 4 weeks of chemo, radiation is scheduled to start in about 3-4 weeks too. They give us the same 90% chance. Good luck to you & your family. Vicki

- I have been codependent for most of my life. I grew up in an alcoholic home and that's the way that my life started out. A caregiver for everyone in the family. I have been through extensive counceling and also been to Alanon. All these have helped me.
Open Depression
I have had problems with depression for years. I have been on several different mediations and at one point they diagonised me with bipolar. I took those meds for quite some time but found out I felt sluggish and started going off them. I am currently just on Prozac and for right now that's working

I havae had problems with anxiety for most of my life. It really gets in the way of my life. I have problems breathing and IBS. It's hard to function someitmes.

- I take one of them each day just to get to sleep - relaxed. Also take them when I get a little out of control.
Open Caregivers
My husband has been diagnosed with cancer. He is going to have radiation for 5 days a week for 7 weeks, and three chemo treatments. This is a head and neck cancer and the things that we have been told has not been encouraging. He will have a feeding tube the 2nd week, he also will not be able to swallow.
Open Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

- I take one each night to help me get to sleep. During the day if I get bad cramps and the runs I take 12 or 14 of one. For me it is stress.
