Type: Loss of a ParentMy dad died in his sleep on APril 25, 2009 of COPD. I had not seen him in five years and had not spoken to him since Christmas.
Treatments
- Crying Too Soon to Tell
- It just happens for no apparent reason and then I cannot stop.
- Remembering Too Soon to Tell
- I have been talking to my husband a lot about the guilt and hatred I have of myself for not seeing him more.
- Scrapbooking Working / Worked
- I am planning an album for my children about their Grandpa. So far the memories are great, but the tears and terrific heartache is almost unmanageable.
