I have decided to stop worrying about my weight. I am going to keep up with my eating habits and just walk more. If I am feeling well in the next 2 weeks, I will join a bootcamp.I realised the fatigue and headache is mostly in the evenings so I could do other things in the morning.
I have been getting pain and bruising intermittently with the lupron injections and have started taking tylenol for the headaches. I feel sad in the evenings.
I will be a week into this come Saturday.
I feel happy when I read others food news.
I do not feel like cooking when I come home from work. I feel guilty about this. I wish someone would just send the food over. I do not like eating store bought food.
I have to say:
I am thankful my DH continues to give me shots
I am thankful today is the last day of my BCP
I am thankful my mom is visiting us in the US
I am thankful for the happy moments I have everyday
I am thankful I was able to help my patients
I am thankful my patients appreciate me
I am thankful for the fruits my patient got for me
I am thankful I have good friends on DS

Lupron gave me horrible headaches, but they stopped a few days after I started the stims. I can relate to the bruising too. :) It will be so worth it when you are holding your little one in your arms. Big hugs.

Hey there! Just be careful with the boot camp... I read that strenuous exercise isn't good for us hopefuls... Keep up with the walking and try "yoga 4 fertility" the video... Some of it's tough but most of it is fun.
I understand about hating to cook after work... Have you tried making heeps of stuff on the weekend and then keeping it in the fridge or freezer?
I have started making little bags of vegetables on Sundays... One for each day. My rule is that me and DH have to eat one bag every day. Being already chopped up and ready, means that I just have to throw them in a wok or in the oven, so it's less preparation time with lots of goodness... Hope that helps.
Take care, my friend xo

Thanks Suzannelin and SperanzaFede,
I cancelled the bootcamp, just yoga for me, and am buying chopped vegetables from the grocery. As for the bruises , I stopped the tylenol for headaches and no more bruising, as for the headaches, have not figured it out: eating more bananas and getting DH to press my head.
