I had a crappy day yesterday.  I had an "accident" at work.  I haven't had an uncontrollable bowel movement in over a year and out of the blue I had one yesterday.  Nobody knew but me but it still embarrassed the hell out of me.  It makes me feel worthless when that happens.  I always prepare for that situation and had it under control in a few minutes but I just don't get why this has to happen.

I have been noticing something unusual when I have a bowel movement lately.  It appears as though at least one of my Lialda pills are showing up in the toilet.  I wonder if my digestive system is working too rapidly and causing me to expel the pill before it has a chance to dissolve.

Been on the Lialda for a week and a half now and it seems like I"m going backwards.  The symptoms that had been diminishing with the use of the 3 times a day Asacol are coming back with a vengence.  I'm hoping that this is only until my body gets used to the once a day ritual.
