I hope you are still around and that someone at that stupid Army base has stepped forward to help you in your time of need. I just do not understand how the Army can be so uncaring to a soldier and his family. Big hugs from Doc.

My husband is an alcoholic who suffers from post traumatic stress disorder after 2 back to back deployments to the war in Iraq. Due to the PTSD we are having to deal with the legal system as well
Treatments
- Al-Anon Too Soon to Tell
- It was working when he could get to the meetings, but our area only has meetings twice a day 5 days a week and my husband's command would not let him leave post to attend most of them.
- Writing Somewhat Helpful
- It helps my husband focus his thoughts and figure out his triggers.
Close Families of Prisoners
My husband is an alcoholic who suffers from Post Traumatic Stress. Due to the PTSD he had a brush with the law and is not incarcerated.

- In the army medical care system I end up being shuffled from counselor to counselor.
