Close Hypermobile Syndrome
Hypermobile since childhood; my father has EDS-3 and it's fairly likely I also do, though my official dx is HMS.
Treatments
- Dihydrocodeine Somewhat Helpful
- Dizziness nausea exhaustion but whether that can definitely be laid to the DHC I dont know.
Open Bipolar Disorder
Type "not otherwise specified", rapid-cycling. Currently unmedicated.
Open Migraine Headaches
Have suffered from frequent migraines since the age of 14.
Treatments
- Amerge Working / Worked
- Best abortive I've ever been on; the only side-effect I notice is dizziness.
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- If I avoid the right things at the right time of the month, I'm not so triggered.
Open Chronic Pain
I have fibromyalgia syndrome and hypermobility syndrome, along with migraines. All of which are chronically painful.
Treatments
- Lyrica Somewhat Helpful
- Helping with poor sleep quality, which aids me to function a little better...
- Meditation Somewhat Helpful
- Dihydrocodeine Somewhat Helpful
- Better than my previous painkillers at least.
Open Eating Disorders
Type: BulimiaIn recovery from bulimia nervosa.
Treatments
- Paxil Not Working
- Did not work at all. Made me very sick; I was suffering from dehydration after just 3 days.
