About Me
I have 2 kids, a girl 22 & a boy almost 19. A wonderful husband that has been right beside me all the way thru our whole marriage of illness.He really must luv me. lol.My daughter & I both have had cancer, my son had tumors in his ears but they wasn't cancer thank God, I've had breast & cervical cancer, epilpsy, C.O.P.D. my daughter had brain & spinial cord cancer, 2 strokes that caused her 2 lose her eyesight, she will never have hair cuz of the high dose of radiation, she wears hearing aids & is in a wheelchair. She's the size of a 5-6 yr old cuz of the raidiation. Thats us.

Stage: IIA (T2 N0)I had a daughter that I had cancer when she was 3 yrs old.She is 19 yrs in remission. She is still the size of a 5 yrs old & plays with toys.In Dec 2002 My mom passed away in Sept,I was diagnosed with epilesy in nov & Breast cancer in Dec at the age of 35 & a month after my last treatment I was diganosed with cervical cancer. I cared for my mom thru cancer & I cared 4 my brother 4 the last 2 yrs in my home until he passed away from lung cancer in July.Thats just part of my story
Treatments
- Chemotherapy Working / Worked
- Just made made me a little tired. No sickness. I was really surprised.
- Cisplatin Working / Worked
- Femara Working / Worked
- i'm on that now & have been 4 several yrs. i really like it
- Nolvadex Not Working
- had way to many side effects
- Radiotherapy Working / Worked
- had all males working with me but felt very comforable around them.
- Surgery Working / Worked
- had a lumectamy, still feela little funny about it. have 2 go 2 padded bras, wear lose fitting shirts,no low-cut sexy shirts any more. Did work & i'm glad i did i did it.
- Taxol Working / Worked
- did a good job, didn't get sick at all just a little tired.
Close Cervical Cancer
I was diagnosed with cervical cancer a month after finishing my treatments 4 breast cancer. They did a hysterectomy so I could take tomaxifin.I was just 35.

- it went real good 4 me. Made me a little jumpy & scared.At least i think it was this med.
- Hysterectomy Working / Worked
- had everything taken out. they din't know i had the cancer until after the hysterectomy so i do still have cancer cells but they just haven't attached anywhere.
- Radiotherapy Working / Worked
- again male radiation tects. felt very comfortable with them.

- calmed me down a little but still had the siezure
- Klonopin Working / Worked
- taking right now,still have siezures,i take about 3 different kinds right now do have dizziness,trouble talking,problems seeing but dont know what its caused from. maybe all put together.
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- on that right on. still having seizures
- Tegretol Not Working
- stopped taking, did not work
- Topamax Not Working
- tried that but couldn't take it
- Trileptal Not Working
- tried but had to many side effects
- Zonegran Working / Worked
- on it right no. stil havine seizures
