I know if a person is building 'muscle mass' through exercise while trying to lose weight for a time they will not see much of a weight loss because the muscle tissue weighs more then fat. But the muscle tissue will burn fat 24/7 without stopping so in time weight loss will be seen along with the person being allowed to consume more calories because they are turning into a 'fat burning machine' instead of storing the fat calories.

Yes, I heard that was the case and probably why I am not losing any weight. I DO feel better and healthier as well as losing a couple of inches off my waist, I guess it's a good sign?
