Down to 81 kilos so i guess that's ok ... just frustrating when i excesise regularly (1 hour at gym twice a week plus other exercises at home) and watching my diet.

I know if a person is building 'muscle mass' through exercise while trying to lose weight for a time they will not see much of a weight loss because the muscle tissue weighs more then fat. But the muscle tissue will burn fat 24/7 without stopping so in time weight loss will be seen along with the person being allowed to consume more calories because they are turning into a 'fat burning machine' instead of storing the fat calories.
