  Thanks for all your good advice goodfaith, It's a lot of help.... It's just good to feel like we are not alone when we go through new things like this....
  New things are scary things.... I too am not sure what it is I'm feeling, but perhaps its my own version of hot flashes Sharon style..! ha ha.
  Wow so your surgery was two years ago that put you into a sudden menopause ehh.? I bet you were terrified! I would be very unsure of myself... lol

  Hi Goodfaith, Thank you for your advice, so you think its menopause symptoms ehh.? That's awful..... the end of an erra for me and on to another.... Did you go to the doc to get your hormone levels checked out to be sure.? Yeah Im ascared of taking the hormones as well because of breast cancer risks...
  My mother, grandmother and great grandmother never had to many symptoms and went through it without help so I'm hoping that I will follow along in the same way....? here's hoping!
  My face is still on fire today but a little less and is on and off on and off more.... I still always have a red face though it seems...lol Were you worried..? Scared when you went though yours, and how long did it take until it was all finished..? Take care Sharon...xxx
