I am a new mother of a baby boy. I have had a lot of experience with babies as I used to work in daycare, but this is my first child. I am a stay-at-home mother.

Attachment Parenting Somewhat Helpful

I found most of the basics of Attachment Parenting were too stressful for a new mother. I took the theories to heart, but I didn't need the guilt when I couldn't measure up. I have been happier combining parenting theories.

Breast Feeding Working / Worked

I find breast-feeding to be stressful, mostly because my son was born a lazy eater, had a lot of trouble latching, and to add to it, I have had low milk production and none of the doctors can figure out why. I am still breast-feeding 3 months in, but I must supplement every meal, and it has been a struggle.
