retired nurse, lost my husband in dec to cancer. i was his caregiver to the end and i am so glad i was able to. he was so brave and never once complained. i am trying to get myself healthy again, i gained weight trying to keep the house quiet and just sitting there reading or quilting, eating junk food. i am 50, and feel much older, my goal for myself is to learn to take care of me again..
