Hi I just read your post...I'm sorry your sister is sick. I'm an older pregnant girl and I just want you to aware at YOUR age it's already an up hill battle to get pg....and every year gets much worse!!! So if you can handle both, and really want your own child (not a egg donors) then you better move forward...FAST! Goggle Older eggs etc.....the odds are rough esp. at 40 and above....IUI probably won't work at this point and again you have to focus on TIME!!!
