4 Spinal Surgeries. 1 360/ 3 level/Lumbar fusion and 4 Laminectomies. Herniations on my neck also..... I am on intractable pain 24/7! I walk with a cane or a walker, depending on the day. Spinal Cord Stimulator installed in 08, I love it!!!! Life is too short to be too whinny!

Moment of Peace
Long time no hug. ; ) How ya feeling lately? Probably I could answer that with just describing how I feel. heehee. I'm with you on being sick and tired of being sick and tired. Good golly what can we do? I don't even have those rare good days anymore. boohoo. Take care. : )

Millie- Hi I turned the computer off and walked away yesterday. It was weird it effected my health BAD. I started throwing up and was nausicous the rest of the night. Oh life goes on... thanks for the hugs

I hope your surgery went well. So sorry to hear you had to go back for another one. I know how exhausting and frustated it can be having to go through multiple surgeries. Open Back Pain
Intractable back pain. 1 3 level/360/ fusion L2 through L5 failed in 07. 3 additional Laminectomies 1 in 07, 2 in 08 to fix problems on first fusion. I have left leg radiculopathy, walk with a cane or walker, depending on the day and how much pain I have....

- 4 to 6 miles a day with my cane helps me stay fit and help my low back pain.
