I am so happy right now...and relieved. i have learned so much from everyone on here and i am so thankful. i feel so much more positive about this then ever before. even last night i was downing a bottle of pepto bismol, literally! i have been sick with worry and anxiety. i am still scared of being put to sleep, that scares me more then anything, but i just went for a short walk and saw my neighbor and we got to talking and turns out she had the same problems as me!! and she had a hysterectomy too!!!!!! and hers went wonderfully, i mean she had pain and discomfort of course but she healed great and had a real positive experience. one thing she said to me was to go into this procedure very positive and expect to be in some pain and discomfort but to keep thinking about the 6 weeks from then, and it will all be worth it! so thats what i am gonna do...... keep my eye on the prize!!!! i love her for that!

I am so happy you found your neighbor to talk with. It's always nice to talk with someone face to face about the things your going through. Keep your chin up. I know you can get through this. You seem like a very strong woman....Hugs...Staci
