Im back! Mood
Thursday, July 30, 2009

Yesterday I returned from a week long trip to North Carolina. Besides some sore feet a couple times and a few needed naps the first couple days, I was nearly 90-95% symptom free. I went to the beach a few times. Stayed in the water for an hour and a half at a time battling big waves. I had such a good time being there and I felt pretty healthy. Thank God for me having such a great vacation.

I am still feeling well. I have been getting increasingly better over the past couple weeks... whether its in remission or im beating it - i dont know. But I like it and hope it continues. Not sure what that means for supplements I take. I am currently taking Cats Claw.

    Welcome back!!!

North Carolina has always had a special place in my heart. I moved their after living in the fast lane of Southern California for five years and getting nowhere.

I think it just a place to unwind and even heal yourself.

Glad to hear of your recovery and also am thinking I may go get some Cat's Claw this weekend if you continue to feel good from it. Are you also taking antibiotics? Curious.

Travling tomorrow Mood
Tuesday, July 21, 2009

Tomorrow morning I leave for North Carolina for a week. I have my cousin's wedding to attend in Wilmington and then the rest of the time will be spent a little further south at my parent's place (and at the beach)

I love NC and can't wait to be there but a little apprehensive since its my first time being sick and you never know when symptoms will strike. I have been pretty good in the past week and I would have a fine time down there if it keeps up. I still have needed about an hour and a half nap everyday but the trade off has been minimal symptoms. So i'll take it!!

I'd appreciate some prayers so that I can enjoy the time with my family and actually enjoy my time out of town (my hell).

I' m not sure how much ill be on DS during the time but Im sure ill check in!

 Much love everyone,

Matt

Enjoy your trip and the wedding, and honor your body all at the same time. I LOVE NC and would rather be sick in NC than sick in PA!!! My husband and I hope to return there after our kids are in college... loved living in Winston Salem. So, try to take each moment as it comes, and the moments when you feel poorly...? Well, remember how fleeting they can be and realize that in 10 minutes you could feel all kinds of better again.... I hope you enjoy your trip....

Today is one of those days where your energy comes back and most symptoms go away and you almost forget that you are even sick.

It will come where one day you have no symptoms at all and you WILL forget that you were ever sick... hang in there :)
