  There is no best test for babesia. Babesia and all other co infections should be treated empirically. Save your money on the testing and treat them. Chances are, they will come up negative ( the test are just as unreliable as lyme testing) and treat them regardless.

  Hi Matty,
  I noticed no one has answered your inquiries about babesia testing. All I know is my daughter's LLMD tested her for that and other tick-borne infections- blood tests. And, I keep hearing that the tests for other TBI's are not very reliable, so LLMD's often diagnose clinically and treat. I wish I had more info for you!

  I'm proud of you! This disease is the worst. We should all get metals for dealing with it. Its not so much the symptoms as the fact that some days are good and some days are bad. its like the disease itself plays mind tricks on you. The minute I'm feeling good, wanting to plan my future,,' boom two days later not feeling great and future on hold again. Its so hard to stay in this fight but I know we have too! Also, I think the weather is affecting a lot of us. Stay strong matty! Proud of you!
