I decided to take antidepressants for a couple of days and I feel great today. I wont stay on them long but it is worth a try

- Folic Acid Somewhat Helpful
- It's called DEPLIN and is a form of folic acid that can be absorbed by the body. it helps but not enough. RX is required and insurance doesnt cover it. Its expensive.
- Ambien Somewhat Helpful
- As needed for sleep. I sleep well on it just not long enough.
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- 400 mgs.
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- For sleep. I limit use of this because makes me unmotivated.

- for the depresssion gave me akathesia and stiff upper back and neck.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Seroquel Not Working
- made me very sick was only for sleep anyway.
- Topamax Not Working
- had to stop taking bad side effects.
