I have had financial problems all my life. Be it irresponsible spending or gambling, I am a loser. what I want to know is if there is some kind of illness or condition where people just do not want to be successful with money and to be in a negative state to avoid having someone "take" it from you? Thanx

- Budgeting Not Working
- I cannot stick to a budget. Never have been able to.
- Cut Up Credit Cards Working / Worked
- It is a relief not to make monthly payments.
- Filing for Bankruptcy Working / Worked
- I have filed Chapter 7. Not because I wanted to, but had to.
