  I see the surgeon the 20th of November, thats when I get the date! The waiting has been horrid. I was told not to gain anything and don't lose anything either. The said that when I go on the liquid diet for two weeks, I could lose up to 20lbs if I was to lose 25-30 I may not be able to be covered by the insurance for the operation. I hope that its done before the end of the yr. My deductable has been met for this yr and I don't want to start over with a hit like that at the begining of the yr. I'm rableing sorry, how are things with your dad? Is it anymore calmer for you? I'm sure its tuff. I spent the day yesterday with both my parents looking for Sea Glass off an Island in Maine. I was thinking of your situation and that will be some day soon, my thoughts are with you, I'm sure it has to be tuff.

  Well, you should be proud of yourself....and Maggie, you'll be in Onderland in NO time. Isnt' it amazing how this surgery, and the weight loss that follows changes our lives? Keep up the good work. Thanks for the hugs. Always appreciate those.
