  I just read your last journal entry and wanted to say "Hi". Sending a special rainbow this morning and hoping as you go through life you will find your pot of gold.   Hi. I just joined this site today. Today is my parent's 41st wedding anniversary. They too were high school sweethearts. Last week my mom (age 62) was diagnosed with AD. For some reason, your profile caught my eye (the first I've seen). Reading your profile made me feel less alone. Thank you. I'm glad my mom has my dad by her side and I'm glad your husband has you. You are a gift to him and to your children and grand-children. You may never realize what an angel you are to the people around you...and now that includes me.

  I noticed your post on the AD group. It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. My husband and I take care of his Mom, who also has AD. I can relate to the feeling of being trapped sometimes. As much as you can, I think it's important to make sure that you're allowing outlets for yourself -- you deserve that love, light, and laughter! Sending hugs and good thoughts your way...
