As a nurse practitioner I find sad and terribly ignorant when Doctor's and other practitioners talk about Methadone like "the devil med". The one thing that Methadone has is that is not as bad as Oxycontin or some of the others as far as addiction goes and it is very effective. I hope that you find something that will take care of your pain, I really feel for you. Hugs,
I am sorry you are in this pain. Doctors sometimes don't relize the addiction to meds due to the pain we have. Take care friend and know we are here for you. Susan
