Close Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
Did 20 years of martial arts without realizing my extreme flexibility was the reason I was constantly spraining or straining some joint. Once I got pregnant, everything went downhill. My pelvis split. Eventually had it surgically fused. Now have to use w/c to leave the house b/c I can't walk more than a few steps without severe pain in my knees and hips. Burning pain in all major joints. Take Oxy and Norco 3x a day. Both sons already showing symptoms.
Treatments
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- Its working to bring my pain down to a tolerable level but side effects are a pain. Digestive problems and not being able to function for the first couple of hours after taking it make it less than ideal.
