      Isn't it strange that I am a chocolatte junkie in every other way, not shakes. Never thought about it before, strawberry is pretty good but licorice is the best!

      I have been a cutter for the past 14 years. I believe and as bad as it sounds i believe that SI saved my life through some of the worst times of my life.

      Treatments

      Effexor Working / Worked
      It is working, side effects for the first 1.5 months were horrible for the first week i puked my guts out, but now i feel better, the only side effect is that if i don't eat enough food i start to get feeling sick, so once i start feeling ill, i have to eat, have gain weight on meds,

      I have found the most amazing therapist, which i only found in January of this year, So i am making more progress in the last 6 months then i have in years with any other therapists

      Didn't work for me

      Never worked for me, i never felt like i got a satisifaction like i did when i SI'd
      Squeezing Ice Not Working
      did not work for me, i have sensitive hands and would cause my bones and fingers to hurt for long periods of times

      i have a hard time talking about my experiences i have struggled with it my whole life

      Writing has been a saviour for me, i have been able to express myself, in a way that i've never been able to communicate.

      it works sometimes depending on how aware i am of my body and my anxiety and if i catch it in the early stages

      Didn't work, was switched to Effexor XR

      It helps me sleep, still have a lot of nightmares, i use it as a sleep aide.
      Xanax Working / Worked
      it works, when i it every day.

      I found out two years ago but have been struggling with it, for years without a diganois

      I was molested and raped by my friends Step father when i was 12 molested by preacher when I was 22.
